winning awards indeed is a glory, but don't think too much.

don't give yourself too much stress. giving the best is the most important.

it's alright not getting award,

at least, by trying our best, we won't feel like we had let ourselves down.

also, maybe at the end of the course, some will get second sgt, some will get awards,

but rmb what staff said.

be happy for those who got award or got second sgt rank.
