hello charliessss. let's talk about C&C.
basically, theres this rubrics for C&C. so i shall type the criteria for exceeding expectation.
Confidence - commands are loud and clear ; platoon does not have to repeat any drill at all.
- commands fluently.
- commands given are vry forceful ; controls the platoon fully.
- not affected by his/her mistake at all and took things in her stride.
- stands tall and proud.
Personal drills - personal drills are executed sharply and up-to-standard. For eg, turn 90degrees when turning to sides, audible bangs, raise leg to 90 degrees when banging.
knowledge of commands - quick in giving commands
- manipulates platoon smoothly to deal with unknown situations
- fully understands the purposes of the various commands (eg. Gives tukar langkah when dressing is bad)
- all commands are given correctly.
okay. basically thats all. this rubrics is for the guys lah. im sure in march camp, we will be expected to do alot of C&C. so do take note of these criteria and do your best to achieve them.
