I am not crabbing 6:28 PM  A few days back.. I went to read Staff Janice's blog... And I found my appraisal... LOL the one saying staff Janice's sarcasm is humorous de .. last time when Alpha company combined during UG camp,we wrote the appraisal HAHA.. I was so surprised to see that.. and I saw our specialists when they were like us. ( in sec 1 ,2 and 3 ) SO CUTE... :D:D next time we will also be like our specialists now...its the matter of whether we are more strict or more KIND to the future juniors... arhh... to be a spec.. its not that easy de... must go thru lots and lots of things-challenges,obstacles and fears. I can tell that any job in the platoon is seriously seriously tough. IC - alert,responsible,openness and diversity,speed,dun blur,remember all commands,vigilant ++ Timer - loud and clear and dun blur ++ POSB - good maths,good memory ++ 2nd IC - erm... well.. waiting to be IC ? haha cheer ICs - loud voice and good memory and alert ++ hahaha...
